The hotel overall was very clean the service was good friendly staff. The only bad thing we did the booking based on the pictures of the hotel it showed a nice pool on the premises of the hotel, and when we did the check in they informed us that the pool was still closed under construction or renovations. It would have been nice to know of this before we finalized the booking since we were looking for a hotel that had a pool for our kids to enjoy during our stay.

Hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and in a good location. The bed was great! Our only complaint was maid service. We stayed 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or the bed made up during that time.

It was perfect for a quiet , clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting friends in Verona. Price was good. I was disappointed the pool was closed. I am amazed the prop[erty provided a pool for the reasonable rate I was given to stay the tow night I was there.

The property was clean and comfortable. I booked it through Expedia, and because I hadn't gone directly through them I was told I needed to put a $50 deposit on my card, which would be returned after checkout. I checked out on Saturday and the money was back in my account on Tuesday which pleased me, just a pain having to do that. Other than that, I would recommend and definitely would stay again!
