Location close to everything of importance (Grocery stores, restaurants etc), short ride to Sands Space History Museum and Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral and Port Canaveral. And most important, the beach which is a less than 8 minute walk.

"A modern, coastal cottage in the heart of Cocoa"

The location was perfect! Midtown Cottage is walking distance to the beach with food and shops also within steps or a short drive. Very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Loved the tranquil coastal vibe within the color choices and decor as well. Would highly recommend if you want to beach, relax and blend in with the locals.

A bit tricky to find the exact unit coming in at night without a porch light on, but was able to manage easily.
