Pillows were too hard for my taste

We booked at short notice as family were sick and we came to monza Comfortable clean

Well we were given the check in code for our room We arrived at midnight We pushed thru room 6 The lights were on and there were 2 ladies in our bed We were so embarrassed and the ladies were not happy! I WhatsApp the Accom They took some minutes and sent us a new code for another room This room had evidence hat someone had used the room the bed was made towels used window open ad a broken bead bracelet on the bedside table I called again on WhatsApp to tell them the room had been used This was after midnight I told them I was ready to leave and go to a family house They sent a third code for another room We were tired and needed to go to bed Attempt 3 for a bed was a success there was no big apology or any compensation -I told the Accom I was not happy! I was about to call booing.com customer service-my husband didn’t want to complain or even do a review

Central location, quiet and clean.

Not super close to parking, Not a lot of noise insulation from other rooms.

The room was very clean and comfortable and in a great location with good restaurants nearby. We really liked it and would definitely recommend it to friends and stay there if we visit Monza again.

The soundproofing wasn't great but it didn't spoil our stay at all. Overall the area was pretty quiet. We didn't use the breakfast stuff, but I did notice that there was only one bowl for two people and it would have been nice to have a proper metal teaspoon rather than the eco wooden ones supplied. Please provide somewhere to put the soap in the shower.
