"Lamentable"

Trato lamentable por parte de la inmobiliaria que lo gestiona.

No nos hemos podido alojar ya que al llegar nos damos cuenta de que la puerta de la entrada está rota( por la puerta entra aire y agua, además de que cualquiera puede meter la mano y abrir la puerta desde fuera)llamamos a la inmobiliaria y no contestan, entonces decidimos irnos a otro hotel y evidentemente reclamamos la cancelación de la reserva. Hoy 1 semana después seguimos sin respuesta de la inmobiliaria y nosotros sin nuestro dinero, después de llamadas, WhatsApp y correos. No os alojéis aquí ni en ninguna propiedad que gestione esta inmobiliaria R2R de Gijón, porque a parte del problema con el alojamiento el trato es de lo peor que he visto yo en mi vida.
