The hotel was not clean, and the facilities were incomplete and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were missing, which made the stay inconvenient and disappointing. In addition, the room key did not work properly, causing unnecessary trouble every time we needed to enter the room. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and needs significant improvement.
