RUNice location quite central and closer to Sepilok natural attractions than other parts of the city. if you have a car. A calm neighbourhood. Nice fridge.
It was dirty in the beginning, hairs all around the floor, unpleasant smell. Even after the cleaning we asked for after check-in the situation hasn't changed radically. The furniture is covered with dirty spots. So we were disappointed how the apartment differs from the photos in terms of cleanliness. No microwave or bowl to cook. Aside from that, the apartment is on the second floor, and the first floor is occupied with different shops and services, so from the very early mornings it's very noisy and we couldn't sleep properly. If you don't have a car might be difficult to reach any cafe to eat, you need to hail a taxi for that.
PLVery nice and clean accomodation. The host was very nice and the communication was problem-free. Close to the airport. Definitely would recommend for a short stay.
Mattresses were a little bit hard.
