The location of the hotel is very good, within 2.5km of all the main places I visited, well, and overall not too noisy, next to the road. The public areas of the hotel are kept very clean. The online customer service was very patient and warm, offering lots of helpful local information. If you are travelling to MK in Penang, this is a good value option to recommend.

Aircond is cold and room is clean
Not much on the property but the people staying there could be more cleaner. They step on the toilet seat and there is dirt on it when i come.
