I loved the hospitality that the owner Pratham , manager Tanha, other managers Aamer and Gopi showed towards us... It was an amazing experince . They arranged games and Sinhgad trekk which again was an unforgettable experince. Best experince ever.

Can be a little more organized in term of everyday cleanliness.

It was the first of my experience and I would surely choose this property as my solo trip stays for sure.

I paid 2 days amount upfront but i stayed for one day and before 10AM i asked for refund but they denied.

The cleanliness could be taken care of more.

They will ask you to do all the stuff on your own, even if you order things in a cafe. It was pathetic to go into the kitchen for your orders and drinking water. No one would listen to you you and act like dumb. Prices they charge are too much for that pathetic service. Staff is not genuine; to onboard you, they speak hell lots of false things. There is no hospitality at all; being a guest, you would feel like a maid.

It was good experience except that cleanliness should be improved, staff was good and polite. Overall a good experience. Thank you Zostel
