Accommodation:- Gopi, birender and one other are the best caretakers Freedom - no one interrupts/disturbs you , your privacy is well respected Rooms- little bit of tap leakage , but overall heater/Ac/beds are very comfortable Smoking - there are 2 areas you can smoke at the reception/terrace . Jugni and little kittens- Jugni(dog) is the boss , she is well fed and taken care of and the cute kitten often appears on the terrace out of nowhere . Lounge - after check in or check out you can use this place and common bathroom in 2nd floor Food- you can either order or take a walk to nearby food stalls(within 1km).

Tap leakage can be fixed and facet also .

Good and friendly staff, bonus points for the pet. Bed and common areas were pretty clean.

Broken bath fittings (cloth hook etc.) Not sure who was staff and who was guest??

At least have a cafeteria

Amazing facility. Friendly staff, clean rooms, i visited alone but met many people and had a great time 😁Felt like home, would recommend 10/10 for anyone wanting a stay in Pune. Would surely visit again.
