Location and the beds were very comfortable

The reason I am giving this location such a low rating is due to the seperate living space above the house that is NOT noted on the booking site. It lists this house as an "entire vacation home" When people occupied the space above the house it was very loud in the master bedroom. When we arrived at 10pm the house was not clean from the previous renters. I know this was probably an off situation as mistakes happen. The rental company had very good service recovery and took very good care of us, 10 stars to them for that! The only part of cleaning I was not impressed with was the floors, they were vacuumed but not mopped so your feet would be black if you walked barefoot. There are also several outlets that do not work and the amenities that are listed are not correct.

location

rented space above house. movement above our bedroom. didn’t expect this. filter in hot tub needed change. filter on refrigerator kept beeping. not enough paper products ( paper towels, bath tissue). only 2 beach towels and no hair dryer
