Cosy 2 bed flat in Crickhowell

Everything! The flat was beautiful, characterful and really well presented. The decor was beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable (could have taken the mattress home with me!), there were thoughtful touches for walkers like ourselves and even kids. It was sparkling clean, perfectly positioned on the high street to nip across to the pubs and grab a bite. Easy to get in and out. Clare was so accommodating and had great communication with us prior to the stay. Can’t say enough how great this place was - golden find! Will definitely be booking to come again.

The flat was excellently situated in such a pretty high street. Lots of pubs, small shops and cafes. Parking to drop off bags was easy. It's a lovely flat beautifully decorated and with all the necessities for a short stay. The main double bedroom was super comfy and the place was homely and warm. It's super value for money.

Nothing really. A yard or small backspace would have been nice as we had a dog but we were aware of this. There were a few things missing; not enough loo roll, a bulb not working, a dishcloth. Stupid stuff really and things that we probably should have asked for. All in all a great place to stay for a few days.

The whole apartment was wonderfully cosy and we immediately felt like it was a home from home. Loved all the little extras that make staying away a little easier, like milk on arrival, a well equipped kitchen, lots of books if you're interested. Nice living and sleeping areas too.

Nothing, it was all fab. Maybe slightly bigger bath towels if I was being super picky!!!

Squeaky floors

The flat is in a perfect location and is very comfortable. It's furnished very cutely and the kitchen is super well equipped. The reading nook is a lovely addition.

This flat is just perfect. Deceptively spacious - like the Tardis - with rooms spaced out over three floors, all beautifully and tastefully furnished, clean, cosy, and with a calm vibe despite the busy street outside. We stayed during a hot spell and there were tower fans in the rooms, which we didn't need as the spaces stay lovely and cool. It was lovely waking up in the morning (very, very comfy beds) and hearing the bustle of the street below. The location of the flat on the main shopping street was perfect for quick access to groceries, cafes, and the Dragon pub a few doors down. Parking is in the town centre car park behind the Tourist Info office, which is less than a minute's walk away. The shower was pretty good with very hot water and a decent amount of oomph, and the kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine. Host was brilliant with fab communications from start to end, and happy to configure beds as we needed them. We absolutely LOVED our stay here with our twins, and we will definitely be back.

This absolutely isn't a complaint, but is worth noting: the ceiling height on the third floor (second bedroom and bathroom) is quite low. I am tall and tend to wear my reading glasses on my head, so had a few bumps! Just something to be mindful of.
