Great room, good situation.

Just a personal thing, but I am not a fan of a large , all sitting together breakfast table

Good location in between the castle / old town and the more modern town area. Plenty of restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance. Nice courtyard area and lounge seating area. Both the owner and the manageress were pleasant and very helpful. Not too expensive either !

Breakfast choice was rather limited although what was there was nice enough. The eating area could feel rather cramped as most people ate around one large table. Nice if you like to eat close to others, but could be overwhelming for some people. Although the room was large and comfortable the view from our window was nothing special (just the empty buildings opposite) however it was quiet and very dark at night. Wi-fi signal wasn't great.

The property was beautifully set out and decorated with everything needed for our stay. Great location close to the old city and the new. So many good restaurants within a 10 min walk. The hosts were fantastic.

Nothing at all

The 3 ladies running the place were lovely. They made sure we would have something for breakfast even if we were not on time. Also, they gave good conversation and recommendations. The breakfast was so good. Home-made choice of cakes! The room and the bathroom were spacious. It was very nicely decorated as well.The location was great not far from the ramparts of the medieval city.

Mostly excellent. I would only add coat hooks to the room. A little bedside table on both sides, and some lighting near the wardrobe with mirrors.

Great location.

We were a bit disappointed with the facilities, ie we were only given one towel each (no hand towels and one pillow each and had to ask for more. There was no room in the bedroom for bedside tables. The toilet paper was so inferior that we had to purchase our own. The kitchen utensils were inadequate had we wanted to cook a meal, i.e. no sharp knife, chopping board or scissors. When we booked, the literature advised that there was a washing machine. This was not the case and was very inconvenient for us as we had been travelling prior to our stay here and had purposely booked a place with this facility.

Fabulous location for the old citie. Great restaurants along the street. Free parking really close by.

Breakfast was lovely, although the butter was rationed as though it was gold dust.

Beautiful hotel with amazing decor. Rooms large and comfortable. Lovely small outside area for breakfast or to sit in. Great location for the old town and new town. Would highly recommend.

l'appartement correspond à nos attentes. l'emplacement est idéal pour la visite de la cité de Carcassonne. Les deux parkings publics proches de l'appartement sont complets durant la journée.

The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was outstanding with both indoor and outside seating possible. Breakfast choice was superb, with lots of homemade items and freshly cooked eggs. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The downstairs lounge area and outside courtyard meant we felt really at home. Great location between both parts of town very close to good bars and restaurants too.

On arrival, we had thought we could pay with credit card, so had to get more cash from ATM on departure - had we have known this at the start of our stay, we could have sorted this then.
