CHGBModern inside . Shower water is big and hot. Bed is king size. Owner solves problem very quickly.
Perhaps can upgrade the bedding (eg pilow case, duvet cover? )Looks a bit old and thin. There is a disposable slipper inside the wardrobe. Looks like it has been used many times. I’m not sure why it’s still in the room for guest to use?
