Uszczelka w drzwiach prysznicowych wymaga wymiany. Sofa rozkładana była niewygodna. Łóżko miało jak dla mnie za twardy materac.

Excelente apartamento muy bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos lindos dias en Lisboa.

Nada que moleste o dificulte la estadía, hay algunas cosas que ya necesitarían una renovación o un mantenimiento, como el sofá del living, o los muebles de los baños.

Apartamento é otimo, tem tudo o que precisamos. Lava-louças, lava e seca, cozinha completa. O espaço é super amplo e bem decorado. Banheiro é otimo, chuveiro muito bom. Localização dele é ótima, fica em cima do mercado Continental, e ter um estacionamento próprio é um grande ponto positivo pra quem pretende alugar carro, como nos fizemos. Tem dois conjuntos de chaves, e isso é otimo, pois nem sempre as pessoas saem juntas. Tinha até amenidades na cozinha que ajudaram muito.

The apartment was nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood with a nice garden and swimming pool.

Unfortunately our experience with the service provider of this flat was not good. We didn't receive any check-in instructions on the day of arrival, even though the confirmation message said we would. I sent a message from the airport that we’re on our way and asked if the instructions would be sent to us or if someone would be there to meet us, but we didn't get a reply. So nobody was there to meet us when we got to the flat and we weren’t notified of any delay. A representative from another company kindly helped us, called the agency and we finally got instructions on where to find the key, but the keybox was empty! We were told to wait while they are trying to find the key. After a while, we got a message saying to look under the doormat, and there it was. Not very professional, I think. There were no instructions in the apartment for anything (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, appliances, where to take garbage etc.), but we had to ask about everything (and often got wrong info at first or the answer was ”I have to ask my team…”). One morning no hot water (answer: ”try unplugging the heater and plug back”), one evening there was a fire alarm, but we had no idea if it was real one or just a false alarm. We have traveled a lot and we are used to different ways of doing things and aren’t picky, but isn’t it a basic thing to communicate to the client if there are delays or other changes to the agreed schedules, and to provide the basic info on the apartment and how things work?!
