"Fantastic host and stay"

The whole property was great, comfy sofas, well equipped kitchen, and sky TV. Tim left us some milk, tea and coffee and some small bottles of wine, Fantastic bathroom with lots of complimentary toiletries. Lovely location next to a golf course.

The main bed was too soft for me.

"Superb"

It was clean and quiet, good location for visiting Plymouth, Dartmoor and coast.

Didn't realise from blurb that it was in middle of golf course, but it wasn't a problem.

"lovely relaxing stay, quiet location overlooking a duck pond and in the middle of a golf course."

spotless. everything you need including toiletries and hairdryer. fluffy towels, crisp linen and cosy duvet and pillows…. comfy mattress. easy parking. quiet place, no traffic noise.

barking dogs next door, but I think these were renting next door
