I booked hotel from booking.com and booking was confirmed even i called at hotel to inform them that i am going to come late don’t cancel booking still hotel cancelled my comfirmed booking the worst experience which never happened with me before they said we make booking for 150 people if hotel don’t have that much room then why taking so much bookings please stop this and don’t make people experience bad

1st of all Changes your reception boys, Change your rooms blankets , washrooms was not like hotel type,

Room Service is very very Poor, Reception staff not listen for service Related issue, As usual oyo room not a hotel its GB road of delhi, Sonagachi of kolkatta , wo bhi isse achha hota hoga , OYO is indian road side सुलभ शौचालय

No cleaning in room and bathroom

I dont like anything on night when we are going to sleep we close light to sleep all bedbugs came out and started biting us bed was full of bedbugs and in night lights have gone and they was not having inverter too too start minimal light and fan and we have not sleep till morning 5:30 am when we ask for warm water for bath at early motning 5:30 am the hotel staff said we will give you warm wayer by morning 8 before that you want to bath or not its your decision the staff is very bad and result is that we have not sleep full night and we have gone for work without bath and sleep.
