Great space and garden

Clean. Nice kitchen and close to the beach.

The house was absolutely stunning. Traditional yet modern with plenty of space for our family. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. A very large garden for the children to run around and a great big kitchen to cook in (should you decide to dine in at all). We were a very short walk away from a lovely sandy beach. A local cafe and ice cream shop only moments away. The famous Toby Carvery is on your doorstep. Communication was great and the host went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. A cot bed was brought as I had enquired if there was one and we arrived to find she had left us some lovely chocolates and biscuits.

Beautiful house, we will definitely be staying again. This visit meant a lot to us. Jan who actually booked the house sadly passed away, we went on the trip anyway and to celebrate her life. We set off fireworks with her ashes in (we apologize for the noise if there were complaints). Thank you so much.

What a beautiful home x perfect size for the 7 of us, and so much more beautiful than it even is in the photos x So close to the beach too. Nice little walk to the pier too.

Fabulous house

Location. House. Garden

Advertised as 5 bedroom House. Only 4 Bedrooms & an office with a sofa & Zbed. Neither made up.

The house is large and airy and feels very private even in the garden, which is huge with high hedges. The outside furniture was very comfortable. It's 5 minutes away from the beach which is fabulous. The kitchen has everything we needed and when we had an issue with the loo, someone was there in 15 minutes to give some advice, and find the heated airer. Excellent communication with the host.

It would be nice to have a folder with instructions eg about recycling, how things work (the loo flush!) and places of interest. They came in a text as there was an issue with the website, but a written folder is good for reference for everyone. A couple of us found the mattresses a bit soft (maybe do with a topper?) but that's a personal preference.

An absolutely amazing house, clean and warm with everything you need. Lots of space for all the family, very comfortable. Will definitely be going back.

The location was fantastic.

We could not use the bar room as advertised. The downstairs toilet seat is loose and needs fixing. No barbeque. Looking for egg cups and there weren't any. No instructions on how to use the cooker. The blinds in the main bedroom were broken. The table in the kitchen was glass and full of fingermarks. The drum in the washing machine was very dirty inside the rubber. It is a lovely property but for the money I'm afraid we were all disappointed with the facilities. The things we have pointed out are basic things that we would expect for the rating of the property.
