Lokacija je dobra. Stan je u novoj zgradi pored Nisave, mada sam stan gleda na jednu od prometnijih saobracajnica.

Higijena kupatila bi mogla biti bolja. Kao i kvalitet peskira i posteljine. Svi peskiri su razliciti i ne mirisu prijatno.

Хубав апартамент, разположен в много приятен комплекс от 4 нови блока. Ритейл парка и лидл са долепени до комплекса, а центъра на града е на 10 минути приятна разходка. Паркира се свободно в целия комплекс. Комуникацията с домакина беше лесна и бърза.
