Зручне розташування, 15 хвилин пішого ходу до центру. Підземний паркінг . Квартира облаштована всім необхідним для проживання. Привітний власник, швидко реагує на повідомлення в переписці.

Погана звукоізоляція ( весь час чутно було сусідів).
