Villa Rustica -Heated Pool & Garden near the Beach

The pool was lovely. Nice and warm

I know its personal preference but I found the beds a bit uncomfortable.

Location was perfect

Some of the fixtures amd fittings are dated. Kitchen equipment old and needs changing. Ironing board broken and needs changing. Internally the property looks a little tired.

Lovely big property , had everything you needed , the location was brilliant just out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything , there’s a small supermarket round the corner but the bigger one in the shopping centre 10 min away is a lot cheaper , loads of places to eat and drink , the beach is just across the road and a 15 min walk down to sandy beach with sun beds , the pool was nice to escape the heat , never saw anyone come and check the pool so I’m surmising they came really early, was left a welcome pack with milk, water , wine and biscuits which was lovely as we was late getting to villa .All communication with Antonia was good, very quick to reply to any queries, had a lovely time thank you !

Everything. Great location, everything you need us at the property. Very comfortable .

Cloudy days!

Great location close to beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Lots of outdoor seating areas all around the villa capitalising on sun and shade spots all day long. The pool was always a good temperature. Nice big open plan kitchen and living area and the outdoor barbecue grill were ideal for cooking without being isolated. We had an amazing time as a group of 4 friends but I think it would also be very suitable for a family with children.

Lovely rustic well equipped villa, great location, friendly accommodating hosts (immediately replaced the kettle and toaster that were not working properly, and even posted a stuffed toy to us that the girls left behind). Great facilities- heated pool, brick barbeque, outside seating and dining table under canopy, and AC in the bedrooms.

As a barbeque enthusiast, the utensils and grille set up could be improved, but still lovely to have it. The beds were not the most comfortable that I have slept on but in all, we loved the place.

The Villa was beautiful and perfect for our small group of friends. We really enjoyed the roof terrace and the sitting room. Lots of great space to lounge.

The pool was too cold too swim in for January, although it said it was heated. The cover was broken and they were waiting for a replacement while we were there, so perhaps it would stay warmer with the cover. We also had to go out and buy bin bags while we were there for a week, as there were only one or two when we arrived. A few more small amenities like that would've made of that much more comfortable.
