Exceptionally clean and well equipped. The location is perfect for exploring Harrogate and is far enough away from the centre to be peaceful!

My husband and I are both tall and could not sit on the sofas. We have never seen such tiny sofas!

Sorry but the sofas are ridiculous. The sofas are miniscule and would only be suitable for children.

Location, price, parking & clean

There is something wrong when the tv is bigger than the sofa. Unfortunately our stay was not comfortable. The sofa’s are a joke. As 3 adults aged 52-74 the child size seating was not suitable. From the guest book and reviews on here the owner obviously doesn’t care that their guests are not comfortable. Also communication was vague. Yes I take responsibility as I didn’t read every single instruction, however the communication instructions are not clear, the lady who welcomed us instructed us to phone her to adjust the heating as she would do it remotely. The temperature was 12 degrees and so I text her on the number I had phoned to request check in, she did not reply. So my husband discovered the boiler was turned off by the mains. We also requested another second key as one of our party wanted to go out alone. Again no reply. The following day I received a message via booking.com saying DO NOT text or email only phone. Our two night stay was spoilt by not being able to comfortably sit as a family and chat about our day, Also the main window in the living area, which is passed by the public waking on the street, is not safely accessible to close the blinds. All of the above is such a shame because the apartment is perfect location, clean and well presented. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return for a second stay

Location with secure parking (rare in town!) and high standard appliances/facilities. Beds were comfy too and heating system was fantastic in sub zero weather. Owners on call if needed too and in the next street. A great find!

Sofas however were so small, almost child like with size. Can be uncomfortable to socialise on for any length of time. If not for that, it would be a 10.
