The apartment is nice but the smell is katastrophical!

Catastrophic experience. The apartment smelled strongly of mold and dampness, and it was absolutely impossible to stay there. Apartment B2 has no window in the living room, even though the staff claim that the “window” is next to the entrance door — and when you open it, you are literally looking into the building hallway. The bedrooms also smelled of dampness and mold. At 11 PM, we had to leave the property because we arrived late and were forced to search for another accommodation in Seville. The staff refused to provide another apartment that did not smell. After an entire day of messaging back and forth and reporting the issue both to Booking.com and to the inspection authorities, they finally admitted that the apartment does smell. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The location was great and the parking option really was the best. The apt was clean and lovely furnishings. The bathroom was spacious and had all of the necessary features. The washing machine was an excellent option for this long of a stay. We hope to be back again soon.

The coffee maker was definitely on the fritz. We sent a video of the process to show where the machine was failing. I felt like I did not get the room that I thought I was getting based on the photos. You don’t have patio furniture on the patio so that is definitely an area for improvement. The check out procedures should be displayed on the interior of the apt for guests.

Parking is only accesible for smaller cars - but we had luck to park around the corner for free!
