The hosts were kind. We actually were not able to stay the first night because our flight was canceled. The hosts upgraded our room the second night because they had the room available and felt badly that we had paid for a night we didn’t use (the airline’s fault, not theirs). When the hosts realized when we did stay there that I am allergic to dairy and could not have the breakfast they had planned to send with us for our early morning flight, the wife fixed me a delicious ham and grilled zucchini sandwich to take.

The hosts were very helpful and kind. When we had to leave early for a flight, they packed a breakfast for us to take with us to the airport. They also made the call to reserve a taxi for us to travel to the airport early in the morning.

It’s a bit of a walk (~15 minutes from the bus stop) from public transport to the property, but it is a clean and pleasant neighborhood to walk through.

Mi esposo y yo hemos visitado ya 22 ciudades, nos hemos quedado en muchos tipos de alojamiento, y este sin lugar a dudas ha sido el MEJOR, el más especial y hermoso. Bárbara y Mateo son unos anfitriones excepcionales, te reciben con muchísimo cariño y amabilidad, te ofrecen alguna bebida a tu llegada (nosotros llegamos 3 horas antes del check in y nos indicaron que estaba lista la habitación y que podíamos ir), hablan un poco de español e inglés, te explican TODO lo que necesitas, te entregan un mapa de la zona, para decirte dónde encuentras el bus, una pizzería que está cerca y todo lo que puedas necesitar, te dan un mapa de Venecia y te dicen todos los tips super idóneos para conocer la ciudad por primera vez. En cuanto a la casa, está perfectamente ubicada si buscas paz y descanso en medio de tu viaje a una ciudad tan movida como Venecia, tienes una vista desde la habitación preciosa, y el autobús que te lleva directo está bastante cerca y pasa con mucha frecuencia tanto de ida como de vuelta. Tanto la habitación como la casa en general está preciosa, muy bien cuidada, con muchos detalles bonitos, impecable la limpieza. Tienes a tu disposición una nevera compartida en la parte del desayuno con agua fría , por si deseas comprar algo durante tu estadía, también opción de tomarte un té caliente por la noche. En cuanto al los desayunos, PERFECTOS, porque Bárbara lo hace con una dedicación y cariño que se siente, en tu llegada te pregunta si tienes alergias y que prefieres desayunar normalmente, nosotros le dijimos que queríamos comer como ellos, porque nos encanta probar, y estuvo súper rico, dulce, salado, pan, embutidos, huevo(variando la presentación cada día) yogurt, una granola que estaba espectacular, café a tu gusto , jugo, frutas. Te lo varia cada día un poco y lo hace ideal, nosotros lo disfrutamos muchísimo, y el día que nos íbamos (3am) nos dejaron un desayuno en la mesa para llevar, un gesto precioso.

No hay ni un solo punto negativo.

Beautiful property with lovely owners. Room was excellent with comfortable bed, warm and exceptionally clean. Tasty breakfast as well. Will return for sure :)

Biz bu oteli sabah çok erkan saatte uçuşumuz olduğu için havaalanına yakın olması nedeniyle tuttuk. Son derece temiz ve bakımlı bir ev. Burada çok rahat ettik. Ev sahipleri çok nazik insanlar. Sabah kahvaltısı için bize sandviç ve meyve suyu hazırlayıp bıraktılar.
