Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. At the base rate, we can accommodate up to 2 guests in our property at the base rate. If you plan to bring more than two people, there will be an additional charge of USD 50 per guest, per night. Early check-in and late check-out, both subject to availability: Early Check-In is available upon request for USD 25 per hour for the first 2 hours, and USD 50 per hour thereafter. Late Check-Out is available upon request for USD 25 per hour for the first 2 hours, and USD 50 per hour thereafter. Please contact us to arrange early check-in or late check-out services. All requests must be confirmed and are always subject to availability. As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require the principal guest to complete our verification process and provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) during the booking process. If you are denied in this process, your reservation will not be honored and will subsequently be canceled. You will be asked to complete a guest registration form. This helps us ensure that your stay is personalized and tailored to your needs and provides assistance during your visit. The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21. USD 200 will be temporarily held during check-in to cover incidentals, extended stays, or potential damages during your visit. This hold will be released after your check-out. One parking space is included. For additional parking, a fee of USD 35 per car, per night applies. Visitors may park for free for up to 2 hours. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
