Hidden Gem 3br/1b+Jacuzzi+busch garden+fishn+kayak

It was quiet, had household amenities that made it great for a stay that ran multiple days for the family. The vibe of the hot tub is what was needed after the adventures we took during the day. We would stay here again if we needed a place in the area. Bonus, it is a stones throw away from Busch Gardens.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa. The jacuzzi was clean and in the perfect setting. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials, plenty of towels, beds were comfy. Would stay again

Nothing wrong with the property besides the grass and I’m okay with that

The House was cute and clean, beds were comfortable, great accommodations inside for the price and location to the parks!

The back yard was not mowed and if you wanted to use kayaks or firepit it was impossible. We had to replace the propane tank on the grill to use. Could use some more kitchen wares.

The location was perfect for me and was my primary motivation for renting. Working in office for the week and while I am semi-local - the commute during rush was not going to work for me. I found this and was VERY much looking forward to after-office time in the hot tub- BONUS! Key retrieval and access were trouble-free, I did however need to contact the owner to get access to the light switch for the spa area as it was in a locked closet. He was responsive, advised me where to find the key and I was able to have light at the spa. the jacuzzi on night 1 was WONDERFUL once we figured out how to fully open the jets. Maybe some directions or tips are in order for a better experience! The shower is SPECIAL, a lot of bells and whistles, again directions would be helpful, or just label the various knobs, - solution we made it an adventure! We ended up soaked and a fair amount of water outside the shower to clean up, but it made for laughs and a memory! Before I mention the 'troubles' please note - Most can be solved with welcome instructions or signage.

There is a tenant living in an attached garage apartment. There was no interfacing with them, they were quiet and invisible (DID NOTHING WRONG) - but it should be known before renting and certainly before arrival. I felt my privacy was crowded and more - I felt I was invading theirs! The coffeemaker - I couldn't make it work, my solution - a member of my party arriving later brought hers. Could not control temperature, Day 2 - one person worked from the property and it was 62/63 degrees all day. We were unable to rectify that and 'borrowed' blankets and sheets from the 3rd bed(unoccupied by our party) for her to have a tolerable condition during the day and then for us in the evenings to follow. Day 3 - NO POWER to the hot tub! So our final night no hot tub available, it was as if a breaker that we couldn't locate was tripped - and yes we tried the trip switch on the plug itself as well as the socket it was plugged into. It was 10:00 at night which I felt was too late to contact the owner, and figured that by the time it all heated up sufficiently - it would be VERY VERY late :( The biggest issue, and I consider this HUGE, as it concerns safety. Upon arrival I let myself in, then walked the home, picked my room, out to the back to see the jacuzzi. From the back door I am walking quickly to the front to retrieve my things from the car - from the living room another tiled room (same tiles) there is a step up - no warning! I stubbed on the step up (1-2 inch?) and went flying across the floor! Through the evening I watched my toe go red then purple and then DARK! Broken toe and various bruises! I spent the next 3 days hobbling around the office, unable to participate in activities - and in a considerable amount of pain. Immediately after the fall I placed 2 stools there - as a visual reminder of the step up to avoid any further mishap. THIS needs to be marked IMMEDIATELY - if this were a child and he broke some teeth?

Everything we needed was there, even some food, coffee, seasonings dishes, towels, washer and dryer. Tv in LR and all bedrooms, jacuzzi good instructions. Games to play close to busch gardens

There wasnt a thing we didnt like.

This place was amazing 😍. Is cozy and very clean. We got in and humidifier was on, that Jacuzzi was hot, you felt the care of the person in charge even though I never meet him. Was perfect.
