Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds and modern style of decoration. Amazing location with a perfect balcony for people watching. Great communication from the Dreaming Team.

I've stayed in dozens of apartments through Booking.com & have never complained! This unit plumbing was unacceptable, with hosts unresponsive & dishonest. Booking.com isn't posting photo evidence! Kitchen was filthy, with: sink clogged the entire 3-night stay (7cm of old decayed food debris, slime, & moldy water in sink basin, covered by a board), dirty pots in drawer, no automatic coffee maker, no dishwasher detergent. My diabetic husband needs an operable kitchen to prepare low carb food. For two days, host didn't return multiple phone calls and complaint texts with photos. We refused to pay the 42€ city tax & said would report to rental certification agency, unless host sent manager and made kitchen operable. When host arrived after two days to collect the tax, I asked her to clean out the decayed food/grime/moldy water. Host said cleaning not her job, and would send plumber after we left. Host admitted that sink was clogged before our arrival! Bathrooms: Shower drain clogged in one bathroom; and second bathroom smelled like sewage. Host said drain clogged with (previous tenants') hair & soap, but she didn't fix. Host said amenities in kitchen and bathroom not to be expected for 4-star apartment, despite my experience (and booking.com logarithm) with standard automatic coffee maker, water bottles, and shower toiletries. At the end of our last day, the property manager arrived. He told my interpreter (experienced Italian property manager) that he had never seen this property--and he agreed the bathroom & kitchen conditions unacceptable! Manager said we must ask Booking.com for the refund, not him. We said we preferred immediate refund & to vacate the property. Manager welcomed us to say overnight, and then apply for refund. However, manager refuted our claims to Booking.com, and said he rectified issues and never promised a refund.

The location was great , the rooms were big but for the money you pay, there was no washing machine. How is it possible to rent an apartment without a washing machine? All other kitchen appliances were quite run out. Great accommodation for short stay but, if you intend to stay longer on summer days in Verona but not having a washing machine, it's a question mark from me.
