"Absolutely amazing villa and very well priced. Will definitely be staying there again. Cannot stress"

Jamila, the property manager, was the start of an amazing vacation at the villa. She greeted us upon arrival, gave us tour of property and provided all info about villa including the scheduled care of the pool and property.

There is nothing we did not like.

Great space for our group. Overlooking airport was entertaining and did not find noise a problem. Walkable to Maho beach

Very minor handyman issues- pool light out, toilet paper holder fell off. Storm shutters on front door didn’t work though none of these were a big issue

Très bel établissement avec une vue magnifique . La literie tellement agréable. Très bien situé. Séjour trop court pour en profiter au maximum Jamila est au top.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures looks even better in person The property was spacious and designed to make you feel at home and it was amazing Provided us with all the essentials things we needed The access to the washing machine and tumble dryer was also really useful The pool was amazing as it went from shallow to deep so therefore we had an option if you want to sit or swim Overall It was a home away from home and it was a great experience

There is nothing that we did not like about the property The iguanas caught us by surprise originally but then you get used to them, they are harmless

"Ruined my trip"

Close to airport

Was told property was in Simpson Bay it’s actually in Maho. Was told property was safe and secure, it was not. Cameras were not recording and my cash was stolen from the property impacting my safety. I felt violated. Property manager did not come on site when I got the police involved.
