4BD Premium Family Apartment with Gym

we received an expired door code to enter the main building. The new door code expired during our stay and we had to text the owner to regain access. Receiving the new door code in advance would have been great.

There was no breakfast. Although there were food crumbs on the coffee table in the living room, it was generally clean.

The web site showed that this was 4 bedroom and 3 bath unit - it only had 2 baths and one bedroom had bunk beds. We were 4 adult friends. The bottom bunk bed mattress was about 1 inch thick and directly on the floor. The web site also showed that there was a dining room and large living room with enough furniture for all the residents. There was no dining room, the living room was very small with one couch, a coffee table, a tv on a stand, and 3 stools at the kitchen bar. The corporation that owned the property texted at 5:05 PM on the day of check-in to ask if everything was ok. We really thought that they had mistakenly given us the wrong unit and responded about multiple discrepencies between the web site and the actual unit. They would not call back and told us we had to communicate through email, which we did. We asked to have our money refunded and planned to find another facility - they would not agree. To describe the unit as spartan is an understatement. The tv had no streaming channels unless we paid for them, and after the first day, the only news channels available showed day old news. The beds were not comfortable. We were very disappointed.

All the sheets/ beds were all wet and all the towels were wet it was terrible The floor was so dirty hard to see in photos Would never stay or recommend to anyone I actually went and stayed somewhere else it was so bad

The only reason this booking didn't get rated a 1/10 was due to the location. The place is half a mile to Bank of America stadium and was an easy walk to go see the Carolina Panthers play. Truist field is also super close to see the Charlotte Knights play. We also walked to the Comedy Zone and the breweries and bars are within one mile. Scooters also allow you to get around super quick.

I didn't like the fact that the place wasn't what was advertised. First off, even when reserving under Booking.com, the company in charge "vets" you with a questionare etc before allowing you to book the property. One of the two bathrooms would not flush properly. Water pressure in the showers was weak. The blinds upon arrival were messed up. There was an unemptied trash bin with paper towels that had been there so long there was mold on them. They expect you to empty the trash but don't give you enough trash bags. There was NO FOB to get into ammenities. There was an additional charge for parking (which I did not buy because the parking next door was cheaper). AND when I raised these concerns, I was told a property manager would reach out. NO ONE EVER REACHED OUT. Just very unprofessional and not worth the price. I wouldn't stay here again unless everywhere else in the city was booked.

The location was excellent and the apartment was clean and well kept

I didn’t really like the 10 oclock check out time. Reserved numerous Airbnb’s but never experienced such an early check out time
