Mr. Tucan Hotel

Perfectly located! Very clean and comfortable. The AC worked well. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Nothing really

The location of the Hotel is right across the street from the beach and within five minutes' walking distance of many great restaurants.

The room is kinda small, however, it's enough room for two.

Breakfast fantastic. Ambiance, as well. Space in the rooms is very generous and spacious. TV stations fantastic. Common areas great for hanging out. The available water in the water cooler was a huge help. The staff was so helpful, they were helping before you could even think to ask for help. And they were very considerate of noise issues and the like. The furniture was almost all beautiful native woods, and the art work was great all around the hotel. The shirts in the gift shop were even really reasonable, especially the clearance ones!

Seeing bongs and the like in the gift shop was a bit worrying, but never noticed anything outside of there. The general feel of security of the area at night is not exactly reassuring (and I am talking like 8:00PM, not exactly super late), but we didn't have any issues either. And of course, that is outside of the control of the hotel, as this is probably the most popular areas of the island for tourists/dive shops.

Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Connected to a good coffee place. Hot showers.

Some of the staff seemed a little clueless sometimes. The reception was often closed and you had to track people down.

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was! The receptionist ( I didn’t catch her name, talk young lady) was hospitable and answered all questions.

That guests can't choose their breakfast. We can only eat the one in the included in the room price
