Abbey Villa - No 6

Excellent house, very modern with everything you need. Close to beach and town centre. WiFi worked well and Sky tv was a bonus.

Location, garden and car parking.

Clean and modern. Very comfortable.

Had to walk across the wet grass to get to the door. Path overgrown. High step coming from the car park. Allocated car park space not accessible due to school gate.

Single beds are not really suitable for Adults Some mould in corner of bath near glass screen Shower head needs deep clean evidence of black mould Lastly downstairs toilet needs internal flushing mechanism replaced

The company provided a lot of information and that informations was very clear. The apartments has everything what is needed. Wifi is good, in some places of villa, wifi is not working (outdoor), but everything was working nice.

The style and the design of the property is absolutely beautiful and the location is fantastic for all the great places St Andrews had to offer! Kitchen is well stocked, could do with a few extra drinking glasses but overall excellent! Whilst the shower is electric, the heat and water pressure were lovely!

Should you stay at this beautiful property please note, if you arrive at night or in dark Scottish afternoon, it is NOT at 6 Abbey St or any other iteration of it no matter what anyone tells you! It is in fact on Abbey Walk which is an extension of Abbey St! The property is Villa 6 at the rear of the street frontage of ‘Abbey Villas’ and is accessed from a path to the left of the building - which is not well lit! We had a TERRIBLE time trying to find the property in the rain and the dark with questionable wifi! Worth it when we did, but make sure you know where you are going well in advance and read the info booklet you receive in your booking!

Space location comfort

It was very dark when I arrived and the light above the front door wasn’t working so it was very hard to see the key safe. The low lights along the access path were also not working and it was very dark.
