Alles war perfekt! Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber, in der Wohnung finden Sie alles was Sie brauchen, 30 Minuten zu zu Fuss von La Spezia Hauptbahnhof. Schlüsselübernahme total unkompliziert, sehr nette Gastgeber. Kann nur empfehlen!

La propreté, la decos , l'anemagement , la gentillesse de la propriétaire, les explications en français de ses petites filles . Pas loin des 5 terres , du centre de la spezia de la gare des restos .

point négatif, le bruit des occupants des appartements et le bruit de 23h à 5h au matin de de la circulation des bruits , musique, motos...

"Light and clean apartment! Everything was brand new, close to the city, supermarket down at the entrance, fully equipped"

Very light apartment, clean, good location (20 min walk from the city center)! Our guest Ana Maria waiting us to give us the all details! The apartment was equipped with everything what you need for an amazing journey! There is a super market near to the entrance in the block which is a big deal! Everything was more than I aspected and the guest is amazing - ask what you want to visit and Ana Maria will give you the all details

A bit noisy from outside but is not an issue because is a small street and you can close the windows because there is AC available!
