"Для короткого проживания - супер; для длительного лучше что-то иное."

Плюсы: - Вежливый хозяин - Много чистого постельного белья - Удобная кровать - Есть сушилка для одежды - Ванна (не душ) очень удобная - Много вешалок (плечиков) для одежды в шкафу - Телевизор с YouTube - Неплохой Wi-Fi - Достаточно столовых приборов - Хорошее расположение: рядом магазины, ТЦ и общественный транспорт

❌ Минусы: - Очень сильная слышимость: скрипит входная дверь, соседняя дверь, лифт - В квартире всего одно окно (оно же балконное), из-за этого темно, особенно если закрыта спальня - Мало крючков и полок (только шкафы) — некуда разместить мелкие вещи (особенно в ванной) - Нет полки для обуви - Отсутствуют бытовые мелочи: тазик, дуршлаг, средства для уборки, порошок - Шкаф под раковиной не закрывается - Смыв унитаза работает плохо - Пришлось перемывать посуду, плиту, чайник и полы сразу после заезда (швабра грязная и сломанная) - В шкафу была испорченная мука - Плесень на ванне - Плохой напор воды, температура нестабильная - Непродуманное стекло в ванной — неудобно пользоваться краном и полочкой, лучше вообще его убрать 🏠В целом квартира выглядит уставшей и неопрятной (особенно двери и зоны, к которым часто прикасаются), ее нужно отмыть и немного обновить.
