Appartement propre, spacieux et face à la mer. Belle terrasse qui offre une jolie vue sur la mer. La personne qui remet les clés est très sympathique.

1 seul trousseau de clés (attachées entre elles par un cadenas) qui sert à la fois pour l'électricité (la clé doit être insérée en permanence dans une serrure pour avec l'électricité), le portail du parking et le portillon pour sortir de la résidence. Il fait jongler avec le trousseau pour sortir de la résidence et remettre la clé pour l'électricité si d'autres personnes restent dans l'appartement.
