Very comfy bed, Netflix, AC was good, hot water
The closet was an eyesore. Drawers were almost falling off. The reception area felt more like a place to hang out by personal friends.

"Nasty staff great manager"

The manager refunded me PHP 300 because the unit was smaller than 18 M2 and mostly because a nasty "girl" of the staff denied to tell me the unit was much smaller than 18 M2. Besides that facilities and location are spot on
The cleaning staff but the Mom at the reception was lovely
