Elegant Suite 1 near the Beach

Το κατάλυμα είναι καινούριο με πολύ καλή κατασκευή αλλά δεν συντηρείται. Άνετο παρκάρισμα έξω. Επίσης ευρύχωρο με μοντέρνα αισθητική.

Καθαριότητα, συντήρηση του ξενώνα, δυνατότητα αλλαγής σεντονιών, πετσετών, σε 18 μέρες μετά από παράκληση μας έφεραν μια φορά καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Έλλειψη σκευών στην κουζίνα, προβληματική καθαριότητα τόσο στο δωμάτιο όσο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Η σκάλα ήταν βρώμικη και δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτέ όσο είμασταν εκεί. Το κλιματιστικό χρειαζόταν συντήρηση, ο νιπτήρας του μπάνιου ήταν βουλωμένος.

Il bagno sebbene completo di lavatrice e doccia spaziosa, manca di appendi asciugamani e mensole per riporre bagno schiuma e shampoo, inoltre vista l'assenza di una finestra l'aspiratore posto in bagno non risultava funzionante, anche l'aria condizionata andrebbe revisionata perché sul lungo termine non risultava efficace inoltre la rubinetteria del bagno era molto usurata

There was a problem with the balcony door shutters. The property responded fast and the problem was resolved.

the flat is new and modern, also really clean and tidy the balcony and the view are nice there's a cute convenience store nearby. the area is nice and quiet.

the flat is missing a lot of supplies. we stayed 10 days. we had only 1 set of sheets and 1 set of towels. in the end everything was very sandy there's washing machine but the drier is super small, so its impossible to wash sheets. there's kitchen but almost no kitchenware. we only had half of toilet paper roll, 1 fork and 1 spoon when we moved in. we had to buy a knife, etc to cook. we had to buy shampoo, shower gel, tp... the management really need to put a bit more love into this flat. the flat itself is nice but its not very comfortable coz its missing the supplies. also, fresh towels, sheets after a few days would really improve the experience. its 10-15 min walk from the beach and bus station to the city. the area altho is better than at the busy street next to the beach, its is nice and very quiet, except 2 nights when there was a local community event with loud music till 5am but that was probably just a coincidence.

Nice and clean apartment. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds.

The kitchen is not really usable because it's not equipped (no dishes, 1 fork in the drawer etc) We lost internet for a whole day.

Apartment was clean, well equipped, cozy, location was good.
