Exceptionally friendly reception staff. Breakfast was also delicious and great location with view to castle

No top sheet given to go under the bed cover (we should have asked for this with hindsight!) Also no curtain to cover balcony door although this didn’t actually affect our sleep

The reception service was so bad. We arrive in a small room, stinking of cigarettes, without any wifi, the sink was blocked, the reception service didn't care. We wait for 45 minutes our breakfast while the time had been agreed the day before; and all this for a very expensive price ! : our worst experience ever !

Very poor hotel amenities, no shampoo in the shower, water leak in toilet, only tow towel for 4 people, it us just a room and no suite as we expected , not a value of money I would pay for it 1/2 the price maximum but booking cheated us by the pictures and the price. In place price is much cheaper than booking offered price. I demand a refund of 1/2 of the price.

The location is good Close to the city and close to recreation facilities

My booking was with breakfast, but the owner of the hotel himself ignored us to provide us the breakfast. The outdoor ac machine was in the balcony noisy provide hot air over our heads The room was very small Flying insects

The working staff is very welcoming and do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible

The neighbor's burning the grass and the smoke contaminating the air. Adding few luxury things such as an electric kettle to make coffee or tea.
