"Clean appartment, cheap price."

Appartment had high ceiling, it was very clean and spacious.

The towels, there was 1 normal cotton towel, 1 with lace on the side, and every guest (we were 4) got a Dechatlon towel that does not absorb any water.

"8 min. car ride from the center, in a calm district"

The booking process, the check-in and practically everything went super smooth. Clean apartment with practically everthing you need for a short stay. The kitchen is good eqipped.

The parking is free of charge, but not hassle-free.

"A good option for living"

Spacious apartment. There is everything you need to stay. Beautiful view from the window. There is a bus stop nearby. Friendly host. He quickly responded to our request.

No microwave oven and ironing board.

"nice stay, good value for money, recommended place"

+ great view from the window (FYI: which however involves climbing the stairs to the 4th floor - the owner however informs about it) + necessary kitchen equipment + welcome drink, that was a surprise ;) + good contact with the owner + generally good value for money + quiet location - no noise especially in the evening and at night + 2.5 km / 30 minutes on foot to the center + parking is free of charge (on the street)

- but it is often difficult to find a free parking space near the building - opening the key box was quite a challenge - during my stay there was a problem with the air conditioning not working - the interior needs to be refreshed - TV would be useful (for children)
