The only like able thing with the in this hotel was it was clean that is all

Multiple things there was a no left in the hotel you have to climb the stairs if your room is on 2nd floor above them that there is staff doesn't know any other language than their regional one, difficult to communicate with the staff, it's cold place, geasure not working, many more good options with same price, choose wisely

The Christmas celebrations resulted in excessive noise in the corridors adjacent to our rooms until nearly 2 AM, with adults and children screaming. Despite repeated complaints, the noise continued, and we were told to adjust as it was a festive occasion. Furthermore, we were unable to enjoy the included breakfast as our departure time was between 7:30 and 8:00 AM, and breakfast was not available until 9:00 AM
