This place is a scam I paid my money when we got to the venue the owner didnt pick up their phones to open for us we were stranded outside until we made a plan to book somewhere just so we could sleep. Even now am still requesting my refund with no luck. I wish this place could be removed from Booking.com cos it's a scam am so annoyed and want my money back

Everything is a mess I need a refund we couldn't get inside they never opened for us after i paid.

Had people do work in room when we weren't there without telling us. Ordered breakfast that never came. They told us to leave when we had 4 days left, we had to make a plan and pay more to not sleep on the street that night, reason being we supposedly broke a fan that was already broken and held together with glue

For the amount, I wasn't expecting a luxurious room so the room was okay, although it'd help if there was a basin The owner was so hard to find. Doesn't reply to any communication. I called a few days before our check-in to confirm if I'll be able to cook and they said yes, when we got to the place, there were no pots or spoons and when when I tried reaching the owner, it took forever to get hold of her. We had to wait 2 days to get the pits and a fridge, our food almost hot ruined, thank goodness it wasn't hot on those days The owner needs to attend to her guest and communicate Also the bed was too noisy

Ocean view, quiet place, self catering and value

Cleanliness, pillow smelling and sheets, bathroom floor has moulds needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

the shower was cold, and the bed was making squeaky noise every time I shifted
