Surf City 2BR Model Home with Pool and Boat Ramp Access

I like the big front porch the grill in the outside seating area I also enjoyed the pool and laying out in the sun

How small the bedrooms are

Close to water the bay was beautiful 😍

Was not safe bedroom smoke alarm was missing only one door opened the sliding door lock was broken so it was a fire hazard. Not been cleaned properly grill outside hadn't been cleaned in months. Sink in kitchen hadn't been cleaned. Spots on couch were nasty. Evidently was not quality checked before I arrived. Unit next door the sewer connection had came loss and water was running out on ground. Simple things that should have been avoided before my stay there. They blamed all this on a switch out of the ac/heating system before my arrival. More or less brushed this off like it was no problem at all!!!

The property was clean, convenient, and everyone (staff and people that stay there) were very kind

The beds were awful. We loved the property, however that mattress was terrible

Clean, safe, quiet and friendly neighbors

This is not our first time staying here and things have improved a lot since our last visit.
