Desde el punto de vista arquitectónico, la casa es un espectáculo. Cada habitación tiene su baño dentro de la habitación. Tiene mucha luz natural. La zona de la piscina es tremendamente confortable.

La habitación de la planta superior no está cerrada, está abierta al salón, con lo que no hay intimidad. La piscina es para niños. Cuando se dice que la casa tiene aparcamiento, eso significa que tienes que aparcar en la calle. Las calles son muy pequeñas y estrechas y si llegas después de cenar, la tarea de aparcar se vuelve muy complicada.
