The neighbors were nice. The place has a nice large yard with parking areas behind the house, and great natural lighting during the day. We had a comfortable stay.

The place was clean, but there were cockroaches crawling in the cupboards for some reason.

"Superb"

The rooms were good beds a little uncomfortable hard mattresses. Neighbors running up and down the stairs . If in the area I will stay here again. Woll recommend to friends

"Des Moines is not a modern city so anticipate living in the 50’s living in the 1950"

Convenient location with ample parking. Hostess very hospitable and concerned for my comfort

I’m very sensitive to smells and could not eliminate an obnoxious odor. Roaches in the kitchen at night.

Nice building, if a bit run down. Nice decor in apartment, comfortable beds.

Found 5 or 6 cockroaches during our 4 day stay. Cleaning was indifferent, with cobwebs in radiator areas.

Very beautiful and adorable place to stay. The place was very clean. Was very pleased that the owner was willing to work with us after we already had the apartment booked and some changes on both ends had come up. Very friendly and easy to communicate with.

The apartment was well lighted at night due to the lights outside. The blinds didn't cover the top of the windows and window curtain where see-through... I mean, it was very adorable, though.

Very cool old house with a beautiful yard. Appears to be in a revitalization area. Very friendly owner.

Mattresses were stiff which made sleeping difficult at times. The entire apartment only has 1 window AC unit, so it was a challenge to cool the master bedroom.
