Stayed here 3 times always clean and fresh .I love that the beds are made up.on arrivel short walk to everything .

Lovely caravan, nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Great location.

Excellent location for the shops bars and beach, 2 minutes from the entrance with bus stop if needed. The caravan was clean and tidy with everything you needed for your stay, we had free car parking next to the van TV in the lounge, and bedroom with games consoles for the kids. Plus one thing we've never had in a caravan before was a walk in wardrobe very useful.

If I didn't like one thing, but not a complaint the bed was too soft.

Perfect location, 10 min drive to fantasy island and pleasure beach skegness. Extremely comfortable beds Everything you need for a self catering holiday Owner was amazing, responded to questions etc very quickly, even managed to get us an extra night at very very short notice. Will definitely be booking again

It was my second time in this caravan last time was just me and the hubby .This time it was me and my elderly mum and 3 kids under 10 .The caravan is a 6 berth but we struggled with 5 of us as there is only 4 chairs at thd table so I had to eat on the sofa which wasn't good .The sofa bed is comfortable but once it is out you can not move around .The caravan was clean asusual (apart from cigarette buts left on the veranda) Had to brush them away as the kids kept picking them up .Was pleased there was plenty of parking as I thought we would struggle i the school holidays .We had no gas on our second day but didn't noticed till the evening so too late to do anything about it .Mum walked over to the touring area and had a shower there for free which had loads of hot water .I phoned for a new gas bottle the next day but it took.a while to come so kids could not have there boiled eggs and had to eat out .The site was quiet until the last night and then a near by caravan was having some party there was shouting and swearing this went on till after midnight which again wasn't good having 3 young ones .This however is nothing to do with the owners of this caravan but I thought I should mention it .Would I say again?? YES of course but not with the kids and mum i think the caravan is more suited as a 4 berth. PS great for the local buses and the beach and amusements.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful caravan! The location is absolutely stunning, peaceful, scenic and the perfect place to relax - a home away from home. The hosts were brilliant so welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. It was a faultless stay from start to finish. We’re looking forward to rebooking for next year. Highly recommend!

Love caravan holidays and for the price was okay

Very strange smell in living space and bedroom Mattress on bed was very worn down and old and the pillows and duvet could of done with wash as they smelled bad, cobwebs on ceiling and crumbs everywhere, I took out glass out of cupboard and had lip marks around it
