The apartment was perfect for our little holiday in Llandudno. We received a lovely welcome by the owners, who helped us carry our luggage to the apartment, and gave us some recommendations. The apartment was very spacious, and had everything in it we needed. The little outdoor area gets a lot of sun in the afternoon, it was nice to sit and enjoy a drink there. We very much enjoyed the quiet area, and would certainly stay here again.

The owner was friendly and helpful , they left a welcome gift of scrummy fresh baked cakes and bread from their bakery. The bakery/cafe is below the property, it serves breakfasts, lunches as well as takeaway food and fresh bread. The apartment was on two floors, it was very spacious and comfortable for 6 adults. There is a lovely terrace at the rear of the property which was a suntrap and had plenty of comfortable seating.

Its useful to be aware that it has an iron staircase leading up to the apartment at the rear of the property which may be a struggle for some people.

Location brilliant, especially for theatre, with plenty of parking nearby. Rooms were big and spacious, and spotlessly clean. Hosts were fantastic, really friendly and welcoming. Really easy to check in as hosts own the bakery below. The hosts even left us some fresh bread and cakes which were absolutely beautiful. Spent a few hours on the outside terrace as the weather was good. Beds were very comfortable.. loved our little stay here and can highly recommend.

Not an issue for us, but would not be suitable for those with mobility issues as is is up upstairs above the bakery.

All rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. The cakes left for our arrival was a lovely surprise.

The steps at the back were very steep when having to carry luggage.

Ben and Dom are fantastic hosts, they are very accommodating. They also brought us some fresh bread and pastries from their own bakery on our first morning which is such a lovely personal touch. The property is such a good size and a real sun trap on the roof terrace. The location is perfect and you can walk out in any direction. There is a lovely park within a few minutes walk too.

Our only slight negative review is that the property interior is looking a little tired, which could be easily sorted with a good deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. Some of the facilities weren’t clean either, such as the oven and the microwave (we didn’t use either) again with a good clean after each guest these issues would be solved.

The owners were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help. They left us cakes and sourdough on our first day. The place was tidy and presentable and was great to catch up with my old friends in. Highly recommend this stay! Parking on the road, and there were always spaces. Love that the bathroom had shampoo and conditioner as well as moisturizers etc.

Everything was perfect ,the owners were always available very helpful , and easily contacted with any problems of which we had none. Beautiful home of a very high standard every convenience of home and more. Fantastic location. Enjoyed every minute of our stay would highly recommend to any family or group. Simply excellent.

It was totally perfect we lacked for nothing.

The property was well layed out with plenty of room for 6 adults. The two bathrooms were a bonus.

The table and chairs in the front window we enjoyed sitting there of an evening we need a candle and had a glass of wine and watched the world go by
