Tranquil Timbers Cabin 11

The location was quite pleasant. We did not use the pool or the "store" - the hours make that difficult. The internet was not working while were there. I understand that is being fixed. There is electricity , but no running water in the cabins. The security was good. The toilet and shower facility was only 60 yards from our cabin, the the floor was always wet.

We knew we would get there late on the first night so checked in online. Our keys, property maps, etc were waiting for us when we got there. this made unloading and getting settled for the night much easier. The staff were friendly and prompt to answer any questions or help us to resolve any need. the neighboring campers offered lots of suggestions on things to do or see while in the area. My family enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and helpful recommendations made by all. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Door County and plan to come back again for many more.

Some of the communication tools (emails, chatbots, etc.) used to register or provide feedback need to be reviewed for dead links or texts that refer to links that are not present in the text messages. I think the communication methods need a review or refresh.

Nice clean showers and bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Plenty of activities for family fun

Bed was very uncomfortable and we weren't told we had to bring our own linens/pillows.

The cabin was a rustic cabin with a lot of room. It was nice having an extra bedroom so we could put our stuff out of the way. We spent the last weekend of September there and it was so nice and quiet as most people were not there. That's what we like. The staff was friendly and attentive, the bathrooms were clean and we had a wonderful time. We will be back if you'll have us.

We feel there could have been a small table in the cabin to play games on or sit to eat. It was chilly and rainy so we didn't eat at the table on the porch. A couple more hooks to hang things would have also been helpful, but we loved the cabin.
