Ubicación y espacioso

Poco equipamiento para cocinar y no tiene persianas (recomiendo poner cortina oscura por si se quiere tapar, tiene mucha luz natural por la mañana)

Schöne Lage, gut vernetzt per Bus/Ubahn, viele Restaurants

Alle Handtücher dreckig/blutig, Waschmaschine defekt, alles verdreckt, verklebt, verstaubt. Musste erstmal selber putzen. Küche, Tisch und Bad hatten dicke Staub-/Fettschicht. Digitales Türschloss an Wohnungstür oft defekt sodass man spät nachts ausgesperrt war und den Besitzer spät anrufen musste (spricht nur Spanisch), Zimmer zum Innenhof also schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich da Nachbarn laut sind, Flur hellhörig

Muy bien ubicado, limpio y con todo lo necesario para la estancia en Madrid. Espacioso, ademas de tener utensilios de cocina variados. Lavabo en condiciones.

La puerta de la terraza no cerraba correctamente. Se escuchaba todo desde dentro del apartamento hacia fuera, personas hablando y haciendo ruido.

Great location in the city centre, spacious apartment with everything you need. Clean and comfortable.

It’s quite bright in the morning and there is no way to blind the windows.
