Posizione molto centrale, appartamento molto spazioso con tutto il necessario anche in cucina! Dotato di due condizionatori necessari d'estate. Host gentile ci ha anticipato il check in. Ci tornerei.

Lokacija je odlicna.

Dosta stvari nedostaje u kuhinji. Potrebno je minimalno ulaganje da bi apartaman bio odlican, ali domacina to neinteresuje. Cistoca nije bila na najboljem nivou.

Schöne Lage, gut vernetzt per Bus/Ubahn, viele Restaurants

Alle Handtücher dreckig/blutig, Waschmaschine defekt, alles verdreckt, verklebt, verstaubt. Musste erstmal selber putzen. Küche, Tisch und Bad hatten dicke Staub-/Fettschicht. Digitales Türschloss an Wohnungstür oft defekt sodass man spät nachts ausgesperrt war und den Besitzer spät anrufen musste (spricht nur Spanisch), Zimmer zum Innenhof also schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich da Nachbarn laut sind, Flur hellhörig
