La ubicacion es excelente, estas a pocos minutos de playa mayor y de la estacion de metro Tirso de Molina, lo cual es muy comodo y esa linea te deja en todos los lugares turisticos mas relevantes.

Las cortinas son transprentes y no atajan nada la luz en la noche, la persiana de madera no cierra bien. Las frazadas solo tenes 2, una por cama y no hay cubre cama ni otra cosa para agregar si tenes frio.

El departamento es amplio, cómodo y en general tuvimos una buena estadía. La ubicación es muy buena, está cerca de la feria El Rastro de los domingos y caminando se llega a la Gran Vía en unos 20 minutos. Además, hay varios lugares cerca para desayunar.

Olor a cigarrillo impregnado en el ambiente desde nuestra llegada, y también lo notamos en las almohadas. Además, encontramos varios rollos de papel higiénico ya empezados y acumulados, en lugar de rollos nuevos, lo que dio una sensación poco prolija. También una de las toallas estaba manchada. Sería ideal mejorar estos detalles de limpieza y presentación para que la experiencia sea más confortable para los huéspedes. Poca señal de wifi en las habitaciones.

L'appartamento e strutturato malissimo.. la doccia non si regola, il letto nel mezzo alla stanza senza comodini,appartamento rumorosissimo, il proprietario inesistente e menefreghista. Non lo consiglio sicuramente
