The space for all of us.

Everything was perfect, the host was responsive and answered all our questions. Parking space in front of the house, spacious bedroom, open kitchen, dining area and an oval living room, it felt like the White House 😉

not much in reality, the noise from the tenants upstairs, but I understand that the host can't do anything about it, it's up to the tenant to respect the other tenants.

during the booking we did not know the room is ground floor near the garage ans have to use a stairs which is not suitable. like a store

The place was just as pictured! Loved having 3 full bathrooms and enough seating for our group of 6. The space was very well decorated and clean. This property also offered a parking space on the driveway and two spaces on a lot next to the house on the right. Finding a rental that offers parking is very difficult, so this was very appreciated! The location is very convenient for downtown Hoboken and Sojo Spa in Edgewater. We had no problem getting Ubers/Lyfts in the area. The host was super friendly and answered my questions quickly! Some notes for future guests, starter necessities are provided (some paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc). Bath towels and hand towels were available but would recommend bringing your own washcloths (if needed). The bedrooms are split between two levels. The second-level bedroom with the 3 single beds, game room, and 3rd bathroom are behind the garage. You walk downstairs from the main level and then through the garage to get to this space. It wasn't an issue for our group but good to know for future guests! For fellow coffee lovers, there is an espresso machine, Keurig, and mocha pot for use. Bring the correct grounds/k-cups or your own drip pot! Our group really enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it!
