Homestay 5 Sach

One of the cleanest and nicest rooms I've seen in this price range. Very nice host. Spacious, airy rooms, the shower is separated from the toilet so you can keep the bathroom floor dry. Nice toilet paper. AC, fridge, table and chairs. Nice view - windows or balcony towards the Hue city wall, looking across ponds with birds and trees. Near the historic center if on a motorbike - probably quite some walk if you're walking though. Quite quiet, except for when a train is passing (not too loud, but you will know about it). Bike parking in the yard, outside but behind a locked gate.

Just the small point of hearing the trains, and that bike parking was open air (I did park my bike under the roof for the outside sitting area though).

The host is very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean had all the basic things required.

There were some ants in the room (no roaches tho), and since this is a homestay it felt inpolite on our end to come home later in the evening.

The host is the sweetest and felt like home .The house is nice and comfortable . I would suggest it for sure l. I also liked that I could leave my luggage before checking in and could also park my motorbike.

Keep in mind it's a little far away from the center and don't expect luxury. For the price it's a great place !!

Lovely homestay, very quiet, not too far from town, host is lovely, view from the backyard is lovely, very clean and felt like staying in a modern home :)

I was in a very bad way, and they helped me a lot, let me stay for longer, took care of me at 2AM, the owner here is extremely kind and caring I cant recommend this place enough and I am very grateful for the care and kindness that they showed me when I was in a very bad way with illness.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 5 Sach. It is located in the northern part of the city, next to the citadel, making it a quiet and safe area where you can easily walk around. I arrived at the North bus station, and it took me less than 40 minutes to walk to the accommodation. The host was aware that my arrival would be earlier than expected and kindly waited for me, allowing me to check in early. We agreed to a fee for this service, for which I am very grateful (I should have planned more). The room was spacious, super clean and there was proper hot water with good pressure. The host and his family were very kind, they even offered me fruits during my stay and assisted me with any questions I had.

Not a problem for me but the bed might be harder for some.
